7. Disclaimer of Warranties
You understand that we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading from the internet or the Site will be free of viruses or other destructive code. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for anti-virus protection and accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to our Website for any reconstruction of any lost data. The Firm and its affiliates, suppliers and partners expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Firm, its attorneys, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from (a) your use of or inability to use the Site; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information; or (c) any content obtained from the Site. In no event shall our total liability exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Firm and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
10. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Alabama, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the amended version on the Site and updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
